Snow Drawing: 27 3’ x 5’ archival pigment prints
The Snow Drawing series is a collection of large landscape prints. Drawn by the minimalism of a landscape under deep snow and snow-laden skies, the horizon is lost and absence reigns. A hint of a mountain; a half buried farmhouse; isolated horses exist in the silence of near white hinting at scale where there is little to be found. I photograph these temporary snowscapes for their beauty but also as a metaphor for how all landscapes are indeed temporary.
